The project required addressing challenges posed by the complex geometry, dissimilar materials, and multiple weld types specified in the client's design.

Leveraging our manufacturing experience and insights from numerous, demanding energy sectors, the team at Ranor devised an end-to-end machining and fabrication plan that accounted for every nuance of the design—from the intricate production order to the pre- and post-machining requirements. Our skilled, certified professionals delivered a turnkey prototype solution that met the customers' critical design specifications on time and within budget. Ranor hopes to be part of the larger, higher throughput version's commercial production in the future.
